How Ameritas PPO plans usually work
- Preventive care: exams, cleanings and X-rays, often covered at the highest level.
- Basic care: fillings and simple extractions, usually a percentage after your deductible.
- Major care: crowns, bridges and dentures, usually a lower percentage up to your annual maximum.
Some Ameritas plans increase coverage the longer you stay enrolled. We'll check how your plan works.
